Clean, comfortable bed and one of the best showers with good water pressure of any hotel I've stayed in. Check-in desk noticed a wheelchair and asked if we needed a different room and out is on first floor. Hostess at breakfast was awesome too.

Hotel was under construction but we didn't hear any noise from it. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was generous and good variety. We only stay at Marriott group hotels. We love the service and hospitality.

So... been coming here for business related stuff the last few months, and well... I can't call it much of a "luxury", "romantic", "quiet", nor "great value", nor even high-tech at all. Breakfast, compared to most others of this chain are served far later than my previous experiences of other locations, like Texarkana. Coffee is barely ever served before 5AM. And only ONE of the staff members is ever really willing to help us out when we need it. We could have four towels, and room service would leave our room only two the next day, after we got back from workin all day. The insulation between rooms/floors can also be a bit thin, especially if you're using the bathroom, you'll definitely hear the "thump thump thump" of the couple next door, or if they're using raised voices. The location of the hotel, as well as parking, makes it a little difficult to get in, especially for larger vehicles, so you have to be extra careful getting in... finding parking, if you're late getting back into the parking lot is like flipping a coin... you might find the lot full, you might find it open, or you might even find it open, but some body HAS to park their car randomly in the middle of an entire area. I forgot to mention, the doors of the rooms I was placed into, well... some have been poorly installed, or the hinges have come loose a little, and you have to literally shoulder-bash the door open, because the door is up against the frame, and for the other room, you might get lucky that the bolt will fully open, or maybe leave a small bit of the bolt still in, and you have to muscle the door open, or keep trying your key card multiple times until it does come free enough to let you in gently. If you're in the room, lights off, you'll definitely see the lights of the hallways from around the door, especially around the frame where the hinges are. The laundry area... man... two of the three washers are almost ALWAYS "Out of Order", leaving the one. And at least one of the dryers is out of order, as the door's securing clip obviously got pulled off, likely by a child. If you're lucky, you might be able to get your laundry done WHEN you need to do it, but sometimes other visitors like to be bad tenants and leave their stuff in the machines, not making themselves any timers... so my coworkers and I would usually have to go to a nearby laundromat and do our laundry at those locations. Bit more expensive than waiting for the other visitors to remove their laundry, but better to leave for a laundromat if you're in a rush, like we usually were. The one lady of the front desk, is usually dressed nicely, in a brown and gold, with her hair either in a professional bun, or hair-glued down. Didn't get her name, but when we needed help with something, she didn't hesitate to assist us. In a dreary area such as this, she was the primary shining beacon of customer service. Upper-management should really give her a raise and a promotion. The kind older lady, she was also a blessing, for the days she was able to put out coffee for us before we left. Lord knows we needed it on those early morning and she was working, and we needed the little boost of coffee to start our days. Most of the staff had great attitudes, but many were unwilling to assist us the two extra minutes we were asking sometimes, especially since the front area's computer and printer are either broken, or simply do not work nor respond.

We stayed here because we came to town for the dog show. Breakfast is free, and there are plenty of options. There are options for hot and cold breakfast, and we thought everything was very good. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The room was clean, with great amenities, such as services on the TV, a refrigerator, a very nice coffee maker, and even a dishwasher. Our bed was comfortable, pillows were nice. The pool is not a very big pool, but the water was very clean and perfect for a little swim on a hot day. The location is actually very nice, located not far from the freeway, and set back enough that it's pretty quiet. One of the best things, as it applies to us and other dog people, is that this hotel is very dog friendly and there is SO MUCH space to walk your dogs. There are several nice restaurants nearby, and it's about a 5 minutes drive to the civic center. Overall, during this 4-day stay, I would give this hotel very high marks. The only complaint I had was the shower leaked at the bottom of the glass. We solved that by keeping a towel on the floor in the bathroom. It wasn't a big deal, not enough to complain to the staff about. Very happy with our stay.

Service gets a 4 because they don't pull your trash daily, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly.

We got a studio room on the 3rd floor for 1 night. Pack N Play had been set for my toddler upon arrival (I used the chat feature on my Bonvoy app and they responded quickly). The room was spacious with plenty of storages and fully furnished (it's intended for a longer term stay). All equipment worked well. I'm just not a fan of where they placed the TV cabinet (personal accident when dark ). Ms.Brenda, the breakfast attendant, was awesome. My toddler surprisingly liked the scrambled eggs though he usually spits out any kind of eggs. I also enjoyed the surprise in the drawer, a Bible!
